It took my first two years to purge the roster and clean house (12-20). Now with 9 picks in the first 2 rounds, this team will be competing in the playoffs and making franchise history in the next 3-5 years or I will be resigning as a failure. We are putting a lot of pressure on ourselves in New Jersey
Not a tragic camp for the Red Rocks, but a little disappointing overall. No huge jumps, and a couple of the ones that improved are still likely to get cut.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the numbers we are talking about is the 2nd number. For example, your +14 player gained that many for his current rating. The 2nd number is for your future rating (think max potential). When we talk about booms and busts, we are talking about whether or not that max potential increased or decreased. After their rookie training camp, players are set on their trajectory for whether their potential increases or decreases over time.
