I have traded all my starters to accumulate picks, changed my offensive and defensive plays to the ones Im not good at so I can be better at them next season, signed terrible cheap free agents. Now I have won 3 games in a row and have a shot at the wild card, all while having 8 picks in the first two rounds of the upcoming draft. Looks like a championship team is laying the foundation.
