i dont think that has anything to do with it ......If anything i think either (1) People want to acclaim instance success where they look like the smartest person on the site or (2) people dont want that team on their history on the site because if it drags down their winning percentage or what not then it would make them look like a NOT a good owner or great owner.
One way to solve this issue is
(1) show those people that people have the greatest success when they have been with a team for awhile.
(2) Just because you took a team like that doesnt make you a bad owner it actually makes you look much better as owner that you are willingly and able to take on challenges that may mean you will appreciate that TITLE or what not that won MORE so over a team that was easy to win with and what not
