Tarq joined our league off an invitation that I sent to him. Whether an owner has a lot or little experience, I appreciate those who take time to participate in the league forum, reply to trade offers whether accepted or not, and continually put in the time to improve their game. Tarq is that kind of owner/player from what I have seen so far in two leagues that we are both in. He is way ahead of the curve for a 3 month old player and should be a very good addition to the "Elite", cheers
