Yeah, I would be cool with it in regular free agency, but it is a little low in late free agency.

Well every coach i have offered has declined my offer so i havent had an offensive coordinator or secondary coach for a minute... now i have to take some low offensive coordinator.. this will be a good year...

Not a big deal IMO, high rated coach vs low rated, Ive never seen it make a diff. It should, would make the game more interesting.
Lol, if it was a big deal I would not have posted, as lighthearted as I did. :)
Ah ok, but... I do think it would be cool if the coach selection had a lot more to do with the game, along with a few other factors. ****, they get more pay than the players, lol. Wouldnt mind having a head coach who really knew how to play the clock, like calling TO in the last 1-2 minutes of the first half when you have the opposing team at 2nd or 3rd down inside their 10 yd line. It cracks me up when owners spend their time & effort signing up coaches during early FA period and dont sign any FA's, lol. :)

Lol, yes in my early days I was one of those owners. I agree the coach could definitely add a bit more to the game.
