Quite a spread on FA's, thought it would be fun to have a thread on bid results, who got who's, and whatnot, looking forward to next season and see how the new game version does.

Got lucky on picking up a new QB, (which we needed anyway), didnt know that my QB1 from last season was retiring!! lol. Nice break going into the new season. cheers!

I completely forgot to participate in the first stage of FA and I'm not seeing much left now. .... Oh well, maybe I can draft a good backup RB and a DE or two.

I participated, but got turned down at every turn. Players went with more money rather than move to Hawaii. So, I'm down to finding who and what I can and hoping that I'll get lucky in the draft.

And what Grandad was really being subtle in mentioning was those DBs he corralled during FA, quite a haul and foundation for years to come.

That was quite a shock Cooter, was hoping to get one of them and ended up with all 3 that I made offers on, one of them I paid way too much but not complaining, two of the offers were real close. Doing a lot of review on previous FA periods paid off in this one. Seemed like there were way more bids than normal that were solo, which was also surprising. Several players with good atts in the high 60s and low 70s were picked up for very reasonable amounts.
