I just checked every coach signed during the LFA period, and no coaches were poached (in LFA).

Sure his contract wasn't up? Sometimes they hang around out of contract waiting to be resigned.

I always try to resign my coaches early in the offseason to avoid those late poaches.

All good, it doesnt matter much about the ratings for coaches, the main thing is that you have all the positions filled and your HC's playbook is what you want. Wish the coaches had more influence in the game, but that is for a future version. Hopefully, there will be some big news on the games future soon, been working on it.
