In general, with regard to approving new owners to the league, Ive gone with the combination of experience (more than 3 mos), at least one successful season (more wins than losses), and willingness or demonstrated participation in the league forum, and polls. If you would like me to consider anything else, or any suggestions relative to this subject, post on this thread or pm me. If you are referring someone, let me know asap, especially if there is anything I should know if the applicant does not have the experience, participation, or won/loss record established yet. I dont want to turn anyone away, but Im assuming that the majority wants active owners that participate in the league, respond to trade offers, manage their rosters competitively, etc. cheers, gdb

Never trust a man that doesnt drink! (WC Fields). The Owner Acceptance situation is mainly to ensure or control the "A -hole factor". Someone who has a track record of being a "factor", and fortunately there are very few of those, or owns 15 or more teams at one time and lets half of them sit there w/o actively managing them, or does not post in the league forum or reply to pm's or trade offers, that is mostly what is not good for a league and having fun.

We are down to one team! the Islanders, and they have a pretty good roster to work with, am pming owners to pick them up, so if you want another owner you like to join, now is the time to let them know. cheers! gdb
