GG Phantoms, both my games last night had rediculous turnovers, a shame they spoiled a game that I was looking forward to seeing how we match up with the Champs.
It is always tough to go into Tallahassee and come out with a victory. You do match up the champs very well and the star of this particular game was your defense. Those three fumbles in the first half by Rivera really hurt because for at least two of those possessions, it looked like the Phantom's offense was starting to click. On the other side, the Phantom's defense was able calm down the powerful Talon's offense......within reason, but again your defense held our offense in check most of the game. It will be difficult for any team to keep you from winning the LC again.
Taking nothing away from your great win here, I am finding the following numbers difficult to understand. Richard McFee, Nicholas Rosenbaum, and Jim Williams are the players that forced the fumbles from Leroy Rivera. Their strip ball levels are currently 47, 57, and 61 respectively. Rivera's avoid fumble is a 98. He has fumbled 5 times this year and I am trying to figure out how a RB with such a high AF level can fumble so much. Perhaps I am doing something wrong here.
If they analyzed this game on NFL Primetime, Chris Berman would look at us and answer that question with.... " Thats why they play the game!"
