Not a good deal for Reno, which happens to new or inexperienced owners .... the 3rd round pick, which will most likely be high in the round, 3.5 or better, is much more valuable than an average at best OT & 5/6 rounds. You can get as good as or better OTs out of the FA pool. Highly recommend a review of "Trading 101" and there is also a very good post on trading in the Paydirt B League forum .... https://paydirt-b-league.myfootballnow.com/community/3/2980?page=1#19993

An astute observation upon first glance. However, in my defense, I don't see it that unbalanced because of the following reasons.
A. Mr. Garcia is at a league minimum salary with no cap hit bonus to Reno.
B. He is a grizzled veteran, true, but still not at the point of him inclined to retirement.
C. He is also open to signing a contract extension at a lower minimum salary, so there is some value there.
D. While altho he is not a stud by any means, he has played along all 5 positions in the O-line and is max experienced in all 5. Along with better than average pass block skills on special teams, which he is experienced as well.
E. And I did notice that Reno had a rash of Offensive Line injuries in the pre-season, so it does provide a bit of depth for a time being.
I know it appears a bit of an unbalance in the deal,of which if anyone wishes it to be undone, I would comply with however the Powers that be of the EFL deem equal or cancelled altogether. Honestly, I kind of expected a rejection or a counter offer of less value back from RuntheGame on it, but it was accepted.
Really don't want anyone to have a bad taste in the mouth over it or desire to have any bad "Mojo" vibes working against me for the season. Again, I apologize if any appearance of wrongdoing is suspected.

If League Admin doesnt want you to trade assets back to one another then you dont have to apologize or overly apologize for a trade .

it is was just 1 person's opinion ......heck someone else could say that it is a good deal for both sides , someone else could say they are not sure what this trade is suppose to do for both teams , etc.

still say read my 1st message if that hasnt happened then dont worry or at least try not to worry

Thanks punisher. Basically, I was just trying to explain the rationale on my side of the scale. I always try to be (or I feel I try anyways) pretty open in explaining any moves or trades if anyone inquires for whatever reason.
Lol, and seriously, I think I took a **** bath on that stinker of a trade on Montgomery, which I knew I would.
