A second-round pick (and change!) for a 9th year DT who is good but definitely not a stud?

I can see it. Is a late 2nd. Rochester has a glaring need at the DT spot and he is pretty solid. And most likely will still have decent value and skills for 4-5 seasons. Any second rounder that late is gonna be in a higher risk "boom or bust" category. On face value, I can see equitable stock for both trading partners.... but just my two cents.
