Individual messages have been sent out to all Elite League owners and am backing that up with this post.

When you scout your opponent, put the # of games and minimum times play used on 1, that will show you how many plays were used and how many, if any, were used 6 or more times.

The minimum diversity level is currently 28 offensive plays and 20 defensive. Several are getting mid 30s and 20s per game, which is the desired level of diversity.

Please let me know if the team you are scouting is under the minimum level. I will then help them get into compliance, as some may not know how to do so. The method is also posted in locked threads at the top of this forum.

Other than Roster Only leagues, this is the only one that is prioritizing diversity, which increases the value of your player selection and management. Anyone can limit their play selection based on average per play results, which results in 6 Defense and 14 Offense plays being used with over 70% limited to 3 defensive plays. It takes more gamesmanship to play the game the way it should be and was intended, as more of a simulation of RL pro football. That still has a long way to go, and hopefully will continue to improve, but for now, the only way to get more plays used without being at a disadvantage for doing so is to use a league rule for it.

The following message was just sent out, I hope there are not others who are either not paying attention or are intentionally limiting their play selection and use. This is a real pain, Im getting tired of it, so PLEASE, when you scout your opponent and find SEVERE non-compliance, send a message both to your opponent and me so we can try to get it fixed or get kicked.

Hey XXX, you are way out of compliance with the diversity rules. This is the warning message, you will be kicked if it continues for the upcoming game vs XXXXXXXX

Make sure you have 30 active defensive plays. Put the secondary sliders for 20 on your 3 most favored coverages and 10 for ALL the rest. Put your LB slliders on even other than Blitz 2+, put that on 1. Make sure you have no rule that is causing the overuse of any play (more than 5 times per game).

PM if you have qny questions or concerns, I am getting tired of having to do this. SMH

Hopefully, there are very few if any others who are way out of compliance, as this is getting to be tiresome.
