MFN-24 has enough owners but not starting back up

System is a little temperamental right now.

Email alerts on midweek/game sims are on a major delay. Not sure if all have come through.

update : actually have to take that back that we should blame you more like we should blame yahoo because thats why the email alerts are on a delay

well for league to spin it needs at least 16 owners not 17
