Withdrew contract doesnt work

This player = https://mfn19.myfootballnow.com/player/8423

i removed my contract from that player yet when i search for players for Kick Accuracy , Free Agents and by Kicker and then go to his profile then DETAILS i can see Tennessee still has a offer for him yet i withdrew it so it should only show Miami and Carolina.

It is showing you the contracts as of the last free agency stage. That is not updated between stages so you can't disguise your offers or make one at the last minute knowing what all the other offers are.
