I've always used Chrome. Everything works completely normal and as expected until I select "Medium Pass", at which point all plays of all types are unselected. I don't want to mess with it right now going into the playoffs, but I can look into screen capture and see if it does it again when the season is done, anywhere from Wednesday to Next Monday.

Just to verify that I'm looking in the same place that you are, is this where you're getting the issue?

Yes, that is where. When I review my offense I go down the list of each play type in order. I make additions/subtractions along the way. The two times I did it on the new interface, the instant I selected medium pass, all my play selections were gone.

I miss the heads-up push messages for expiring contracts from matchday 13.

In offensive plays, when you select medium pass, it clears your offensive plays selections so that you have 0/40 plays and you have to go back and rebuild your entire offense. I've done this twice, thought it was a weird fluke the first time.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue, it makes me wonder if something is not working correctly in your browser. Can you tell me what browser you are using, and does the rest of the interface update when you check plays? Would there be a way you could screen capture what you're doing so I can see it in action?

Sent private message with link to a video of roughly this happening with defensive plays. Can certainly confirm this is a real issue.

I just realized today I hadn't done a player contract in the new UI yet. The page is entirely different, and I didn't want to deal with it, so I went back to the old site. Can that page be adjusted to be more similar to the old so it's not a massive shock when you have to go renegotiate with players?

And still the Heads-up for expiring contracts is missing... at least in the old version.

That was very helpful, thank you. I'll address it before the next update.

The championship game shows the logo of the winning team with spoilers off. A bit of a spoiler there.

I just tried renegotiating with coaches in the new UI today, and I found it so frustrating that I just switched back to the old. Way too different. The old you can pull up and resign a coach without ever leaving the team home page. On the new, there is no more coach card, you have to go to a new page for each coach. When you try to resign, everyone defaults to head coach instead of the position they already held. The coach page doesn't even tell you what position the coach holds.

Resigning of both players and coaches is awful in the new UI. It needs to be closer to the old. Critical information is now at the bottom of the page instead of the top where it was and should still be. Sliders are gone so you're typing everything, and it's not clear what the ranges are on the values. Please get these back closer to matching the old version.
